(I add 1/2 tsp of espresso powder to dry ingredients - gives it a little 'bite')

Thanks for dropping by Nanaland Rian. I am glad I came to visit you and find this great recipe! I would like a "bite" to mine as well. Coffee and Chocolate are made for each other.
