Here's the Brownie Bark Recipe I mentioned in my previous post:
(I add 1/2 tsp of espresso powder to dry ingredients - gives it a little 'bite')
A brief daily (hopefully) glympse into the life of a semi-retired ex-Veterinary field grandmother who is originally from New Orleans, La. but has made her home in Texas for the past 38 years (guess that makes me an 'honorary' Texan). And we do love Texas next best to Louisiana... but no place beats N.O. for delicious coffee and great food! We go home every once in a while to visit family, have coffee and beignets, and get our fill of cajun cooking.
